There have been a ton of circulating rumors on what the the iPad 3 will bring to consumers sometime next year. The rumors so far are indicating a thicker iPad 3 with a very high-resolution retina display and possibly a mini iPad in the 7.85-inch range. A new component has surfaced on a Chinese iPhone site that is reportedly for an iPad, possibly the iPad 3. The catch is that the part has a design that is completely different from what the original iPad or iPad 2 uses.

While iPad 3 release date rumors surround the internet, other rumors indicate that Apple reportedly wants to buy Anobit Technologies.

Apple is looking to secure component supplies for the iPad 3 and iPhone 5?

If this new rumor from Israel is true, then Apple’s iPad 3 and other upcoming products might be integrated with an Apple-branded NAND flash memory.

According to the rumor posted by an Israeli newspaper, the Cupertino, California-based computer and smartphone maker is currently in negotiations to acquire Anobit Technologies, a 5-year old company which produces flash-memory products used by devices like tablets and smartphones.

The report is suggesting that Apple is now negotiating to buy the Israeli company for about $400 million to $500 million.
